Warrant
A maintenance record is a tick in a box — a claim by the person being measured, kept in a system built to accept it. Aviation fixed that with a logbook that is legally binding, and it works, but only because the airframe underneath it is worth millions. Parcel delivery fixed the same problem for pennies: the courier never decides what evidence to capture, the app asks one step at a time, and the proof is a gate rather than a form field at the end.
Warrant is the second one’s price for the first one’s guarantee. Seven agents run the job step by step, ask for the proof at the machine, and hold each step shut until the proof clears.

🏆 1st place · Million-scale Global App · H0 (AWS × Vercel)
A hyperlocal social layer that forgets on purpose: posts fade after 24 hours, every like buys them more time, and only sponsors stay permanent. One engine, two products — live events, and workplace and building ops. It won its track at AWS and Vercel’s H0 hackathon, out of 817 submissions.

TollRoad
Pay-per-minute streaming: listeners pay for the minutes they actually played, and artists earn on real listening time instead of a pooled-royalty split. The meter is server-authoritative, so a play can’t be faked.
Spindle
An agentic operating system for a record label. A song going up on every streaming service is not the same as anyone hearing it — somebody still has to find the station, the show, the curator who might actually play this particular record, and write to each of them like a person. That’s weeks of letter-writing per release, so at a small label it never gets done.
Spindle keeps one map of everyone who can carry a record and what they actually play, works out who is genuinely right for a given song, and drafts a real letter to each of them. Then it stops and waits for a human to approve the send, because an email to a music director is the one thing in this business you can’t take back. Every reply stays — including the no’s — so the next release doesn’t start from zero.

Hearth
Describe an automation in plain English and it builds it: a model compiles the sentence into a running deployment on $5 sensors that advertise their own capabilities, and a vision model watches the camera for the things no rule would have anticipated. Local-first, with the safety limits enforced on the hardware instead of trusted to the cloud. Firmware up to cloud.
RemixKit
A record label builds an artist once, then generates every release’s assets from it — with the price shown before you spend, and a receipt baked into each file saying exactly how it was made. A verify page reads that receipt back out.
DerbyFish
A fishing-competition platform that verifies a catch with computer vision — the app watches the catch, checks it on the device and again in the cloud, and turns it into a record that can’t be quietly edited afterwards. Built end to end with one other engineer.
